The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for HVAC furnishing, installation, repair and rehab. Question Submission Deadline: March 14, 2025, 5:00pm All questions shall be submitted via Q&A feature on electronic . Period of Contract: April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2027 with two, one-year options to renew. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Guarantee in the form a cashiers check or money order, in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bid total Upon Award, Bidder will, within ten (10) calendar days of Award notice, furnish a Performance Bond using sufficient surety or sureties, in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract price. Upon Award, Bidder will also, with ten (10) calendar days of Award notice, furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract price. The City reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any or all Bids if it is in the best interest(s) of the City at the Citys sole discretion, to do so.
