Renovation of an educational facility in Athens, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 63,000-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
For Renovation for Tanner High School, A cashiers check or bid bond payable to Limestone County Board of Education in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than$10,000, must accompany the bidders proposals in the amount of$100,000 or More. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Project is a renovation of a single story, approx. 63,000 SF, high school in Limestone County. The work consists of corridor and classroom finish renovations, door and door hardware replacements, fire alarm upgrades, and lobby interior/exterior work. Finish renovations include replacement of flooring, casework, and ceiling systems, with new paint throughout.
