Renovation of a municipal facility in Wanchese, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 37,704-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Within the Base Bid, the General Contractor performs alterations of approximately 1,750 square feet, constructs two egress stairs and erects 104 linear feet of 3 hour rated wall. Interior work consists of typical light gauge steel stud wall partitions with gypsum wallboard and interior finishes typical of commercial building types. Plumbing alterations support typical drinking fountains and gang toilets. Mechanical distribution delivers conditioned air via heat pump equipment and is regulated by a thermostat. Electrical service originates from a 400 amp Existing Panel MDP with 480 Volt, Three Phase, Four Wire distribution. For the Construction of the Lot 710 Building Alterations Project The Owner Reserves the Unqualified Right to Reject Any and All Bid Proposals and to Waive Informalities.
