Osceola County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from professional engineering firms to provide Continuing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services on a Task Authorization (TA) Basis for Federal-Aid Funded Local Agency Program (LAP) projects. Individual projects will include but not be limited to CEI services for minor roadway and intersection improvement projects funded through a LAP agreement with FDOT. The solicitation document and any addenda can be accessed and downloaded from VendorLink at the following web address: Vendorlink.osceola.org. The prime consultant must be Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) prequalified in the following Major Work Groups: 10.1 Roadway Construction Engineering Inspection, 10.3 Construction Materials Inspection, 10.4 Minor Bridge & Miscellaneous Structures CEI. In addition, either the prime consultant or its sub-consultant may be FDOT prequalified in the following Major and Minor Work Groups: 9.2 Geotechnical Classification Lab Testing, 9.3 Highway Materials Testing, 9.5 Geotechnical Specialty Lab Testing, 6.3 Intelligent Transportation Systems Analysis, Design and Implementation and 8.2 Design, Right of Way, Construction Surveying.
