This Request for Supplier Qualifications ("RFSQ") is an invitation by Centre d'excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies ("CEA FRANCOachat") to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Architect Services for Conseil scolaire catholique Nouvel-Ontario as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). The Centre d'excellence en Approvisionnements FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) is a shared service organization providing procurement services for member school boards in the province of Ontario. This competitive procurement process is being completed on behalf of the following school boards: Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario 201 Jogues Street Sudbury (ON) P3C 5L7 This competitive procurement process ("Process") seeks to solicit prequalification proposals from qualified Architects interested in being placed on the Board's Vendor of Record (VOR) for renovation/construction projects with estimated construction budgets between $100,000 to $3,000,000 in the following two zones/regions below: 1 Greater Sudbury and surrounding area, including, but not limited to (Warren, Espanola, St Charles and Noelville) 2 Algoma Region, including but not limited to (Dubreuilville, Sault Ste Marie, Northshore, Chapleau and Hornepayne) Projects with an estimated construction value of $3 million or more, will be publicly tendered. Only respondents on the Board's VOR list will be invited to bid on the Board's projects, unless otherwise allowed for in this document.
