Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received for tiling approximately 128,565 linear feet of Richland County Roads No. 1 and 3. Each bid must be submitted upon the basis of cash payment for the work, on blanks furnished by the Highway Department, and shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing an acceptable bidder's bond and contractor's license. The envelope shall be plainly marked "Drain Tile Bids" and shall have the name of the person, firm, or corporation submitting the bid. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interests of Richland County.
