In general, Work consists of the following approximate quantities and all work necessary therefore and incidental thereto: 16,721 GAL Bituminous Material 55,738 SY Seal Aggregate MN FA-2 Alternate B Replay 55,738 SY The project is being bid with two alternates. Alternate A is to use granite chips. Alternate B is to use Replay SealCoat. The Project will consist of approximately the following quantities: 55,738 square yards of roadway to be--Seal Coated.Each bid will be submitted on the basis of a cash payment for work. It shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope,and shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidders Bond in the amount of five (5%) percentof the bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in this State.If the Principal s Bid is accepted by the City and the contract awarded to them, they, within ten (10) days afterthe Notice of Award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of their bid.All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as required by Section 43 07 05 of the NorthDakota Century Code and a copy of the license or certificate of renewal thereof issued shall be enclosed in therequired bid bond envelope .
