The intent of this contract is to provide means for the DEPARTMENT to quickly respond to unexpected safety and/or operational issues for a period of two (2) years or until the contracted amount has been reached. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the work plan, specifications, procedures, and terms of the contract.
