The contract duration is 1,095 calendar days from the notice to proceed. The Work includes but is not limited to: This is a three-year contract to provide trash removal services via a trash truck at RRD Jefferson Station (June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2028). Contractor will pick up trash Mon- Sat between 5:00 AM and 7:30 AM at a SEPTA designated, street level location around 12th and Filbert Street, Philadelphia. Daily pick up will be approximately 7 cubic yards of bagged and loose trash. All questions must be submitted by Monday, March 10, 2025 at noon to be guaranteed an answer. Any inquiries regarding this bid must be directed to Lionel S. Archer Jr. of the Procurement & Supply Chain Management Department at larcher@septa.org or (215) 580-3489. A change, modification, or clarification to the Contract Documents can only by affected by a written Addendum issued by SEPTA via our ePS. Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. All bidders will be required to certify compliance with Executive Order 12549 (ineligible contractors). Any contract issued as result of this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance contract between SEPTA and U.S. Department of Transportation.
