Mississippi Infrastructure Modernization Act (MIMA) Paving Phase II Part 1 Project Scope of Work: The work shall consist essentially of the following items: Base repairs, milling, hot mix asphalt overlay, casting adjustment, shoulder repair at various locations throughout the City.
