Contract to purchase bus stop signs and materials. A mandatory site visit is NOT REQUIRED in order to be familiar with the site and the work to be performed. This contract is federally funded and as such, the Federal Requirements associated with the performance of services under this contract have been included with this RFP. The awarded Proposer will be responsible for adherence to all local, state, and federal requirements listed herein. These requirements are hereby incorporated into the subsequent contract arising from this RFP. The City has not established a DBE goal for this Contract. However, proposers are encouraged to obtain DBE participation for this contract. The City of Porterville overall DBE goal is 1% of total contracts (including subcontracts) awarded. The City hereby affirmatively ensures that Minority Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) will be afforded the full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice.
