A mandatory site visit is NOT REQUIRED in order to be familiar with the site and the work to be performed. This contract is federally funded and as such, the Federal Requirements associated with the performance of services under this contract have been included with this RFP. The awarded Proposer will be responsible for adherence to all local, state, and federal requirements listed herein. These requirements are hereby incorporated into the subsequent contract arising from this RFP. The City has not established a DBE goal for this Contract. However, proposers are encouraged to obtain DBE participation for this contract. The City of Porterville overall DBE goal is 1% of total contracts (including subcontracts) awarded. Question Deadline 03/27/2025 Scope of work: The scope of work set forth in this Request for Proposals represents an outline ofthe goods and services which the CITY anticipates the successful Proposer to perform, and is presented for the primary purpose of allowing the CITY to compare proposals. The precise scope of work to be incorporated into the General Services Agreement shall be negotiated between the City and the successful Proposer. The CITY requests that the Proposer suggest changes to the scope of work (as a part ofthe proposal) in order to achieve the CITY’s Project Objectives.
