The Public Building Commission of Williamson County in Marion, IL is seeking bids for the replacement of lighting fixtures in the Administrative Building at 407 N. Monroe St. Marion,IL. The scope of work includes the replacement of all existing fluorescent ceiling and cable hung fixtures and compact fluorescent can lights with LED ceiling fixtures. The Public Building Commission of Williamson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Public Building Commission of Williamson County. Successful bidders shall be required to observe 820 ILCS130/0.01 et. Seq ., pertaining to wages and known as the "Prevailing Wage Act" as issued by the Illinois Department of Labor.
