Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Harrison, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Harrison, Department of Public Works will accept sealed bids from qualified companies to construct a 45-ft. by 32-ft. stage structure. Work will include excavation & backfill including stone backfill; construction of reinforced concrete footings, foundation walls, steps & slabs; and coordination with the City's steel fabricator for placement of anchor bolts. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid guaranty as stipulated in the bid documents Bids shall be in a sealed envelope and shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope specifying that it is a bid for "Creekside Music Venue-- Concrete Stage" the time for opening of bids, and the name of the bidder. For information, bidders may call the City of Harrison Department of Public Works at (870) 741-3434 or email questions to wphillips@harrisonar.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City further reserves the right to withhold the awarding of the bid for a period not to exceed 30 days after receipt of the bids.
