Renovation of a transportation facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The Project consists of the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the replacement Northwest Arkansas National Airport - Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Communications and Weather Equipment indicated in the specifications. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, shipping and equipment and perform all work required for the installation, wiring, connecting, adjusting, testing, commissioning and training and warranting all items detailed in these specifications, field wiring, punch down and distribution blocks, racks, grounding, and control systems for the ATCT Electronics Equipment within the ATCT. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum with additive alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Bids must remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport Authority, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
