The deadline to submit questions related to this Invitation is March 27, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST, after this time the City will only provide clarifications or responses pertaining to items in the Bidding Documents that do not result in a change or Addendum (see Bidding Documents for additional information). properly qualified, applicably licensed and insured, and experienced contractor to complete the removal and replacement of the Bentonville Downtown Square Fountain Lighting System. The work is expected to include but not be limited to the removal of existing lighting fixtures and wiring, inspection and recoating of fountain liner, and installation of new wiring and LED Lighting Fixtures (LED 040010) for the Bentonville Downtown Square Fountain, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.
