Bentonville WRRF Improvements Insert cost for total Material Supply Bonds valued at 100% of the Lump Sum Price Above: The deadline to ask questions is 5/08/2025 5:00 PM CDT You may either email all questions to precon@heavycontractors.com or you may submit your questions on online This project consists of a Capital Improvement Plan to repair/replace failing/obsolete infrastructure and Process Intensification to increase capacity to accommodate growth in the served basin through 2045, essentially doubling the plant's current capacity from 4 MGD (million gallons per day) to 8 MGD and services an estimated population of 60,000. The City's WRRF footprint is very limited being restricted by the geography of the site. The Capital Improvement Plan includes the following: repair/replacement of clarifiers, installation of tertiary filters, replacing UV disinfection, effluent pumping, electrical improvements, admin/lab building, digester valve vaults, and other ancillary improvements. No bid bond will be required for this project.
