Site work for a mixed-use development in Eufaula, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
This project includes the removal of existing wood railing and the fabrication and install of new steel railing. LBYD has designed a new guardrail consisting of steel posts welded to the existing bridge structure below. Project Location: Yoholo-Micco Trail Bridge, Eufaula, AL 36027 A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Eufaula in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The Owner intends to award a single contract for this work to a single General Contractor. The Owner will accept proposals only from firms which demonstrate their experience and ability to perform the work necessary for this Project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals, to waive any informality in any Bid Proposal, and to accept any Bid Proposal considered advantageous to the Owner. The Contract award, if made, will be made to the low responsive, responsible Bidder. No Bid Proposal may be withdrawn after the time for opening Bid Proposals has passed. The Owner reserves the right to hold Bid Proposals for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of receiving Bid Proposals. No bid proposal shall be accepted after the time stated for receiving bid proposals in this notice.
