Reference Number 0000378212 Building No. 9.84 Provide new concrete slab, equipment pads and install new plumbing in the basement, provide fireproofing at penetrations in the stairwells, and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law. Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % document notes :Hard copies of the bid documents may be still be viewed or purchased in person from the City of Rochester, Bureau of Purchasing.
