REQUIREMENTS: This Contract Contains an Incentive Program for Employing Qualified City Residents, Apprenticeship Program and waiver requirements; MWBE goals and waiver requirements; and Workforce Goals Requirements. This contract contains new requirements for NY State Wicks Law.
