Site work for a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority ("SORTA") is seeking bids from a qualified vendor to extend existing trench drains and enlarge catch basin as indicated on drawing C100 and technical specifications manual. Work shall be to connect the three (3) existing Bus Wash trench drains to one (1) sediment pit and connect the sediment pit to the Queensgate owned exterior sanitary line. All work shall be done as per the R.E. Warner and Associates, Inc. Task shall include: Question Submission Deadline:March 19, 2025, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline:March 26, 2025, 4:00pm Concrete saw cutting Concrete demolition Excavation Shoring to a depth of +/- 12 ft. Connection to existing concrete sewer pipe Debris hauling Backfilling Forming Concrete placement Grate installation Daily and final clean Barricades.
