Project location: Administration Office Building 200 Commerce St. Spartanburg, SC 29306 b. Project goals include but are not limited to: i. PHASE 1 1. Reconfigure Commission Room to optimize meeting space and storage. 2. Enclose reception area and reconfigure Customer Experience Manager office ii. PHASE 2: Improve employee safety b. The project includes the interior renovations to specific areas of the Administration Office Building per the project plans in Exhibit D. The project will consist of two phases. The Owner reserves the right to award one, both, or none of the phases to a single or multiple vendors. i. PHASE 1 1. Reconfiguration ofCommission room and combine with current New Connections are to enlarge Commission room to better serve the Commission and general public. 2.
