Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and municipal facility.
As of April 29, 2025 this project was awarded to Energy Network Services Inc. in the amount of $123,603.80. The City of Hamilton is planning an energy efficient, lifecycle upgrade to the interior and exterior lighting systems at seven municipal facilities in Hamilton, Ontario. The retrofit plan largely involves the replacement of fluorescent, metal halide, and compact fluorescent fixtures with new LED luminaires. The Work also includes the installation of low voltage and wall box type occupancy sensors in some rooms. Limited electrical wiring and device installations are also part of the improvement.
