As of May 28, 2025, an architect has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Construction is tentatively scheduled for mid-December 2025 start. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Benign Hematology outpatient clinic at JamesCare East, located on the 13th and 14th floors of the Wexner Medical Center East Hospital at 181 Taylor Ave, Columbus, OH 43203, is undergoing a renovation to enhance patient care and align with the latest Wexner Medical Center standards. The project aims to achieve the following goals: o Upgrade Finishes: The renovation will upgrade about 14,230 square feet to meet new medical center standards. This includes ensuring compliance with FGI and ADA guidelines, as well as updating signage, finishes, branding, art, furniture, and other elements. o Infusion Space Renovation: This update involves updating 1,540 square feet of existing infusion bays and private rooms. The renovation includes redesigning the layout to meet new medical center standards and improve the overall functionality and operation of the space. o Optimize Team Room Space: Enhance approximately 1,500 square feet to increase capacity for users. o Nurse Call System Upgrade: Modernize the nurse call system to align with the rest of the building, covering approximately 1,540 square feet.
