Contractor's Use of Premises: During construction, Contractor will have limited use of building and site. Contractor's use of premises is limited only by Owner's right to perform work or employ other contractors for work outside this project and as follows: 1. Owner will occupy premises during construction. Perform construction outside of Owner's normal school hours unless otherwise agreed to in advance by Owner. Clean up work areas and return to usable condition at the end of each work period. 2. Limits: Limit site disturbance, including earthwork and clearing of vegetation, to 40 feet beyond building perimeter; 10 feet beyond surface walkways, patios, surface parking, and 15 feet beyond primary roadway curbs and main utility branch trenches. 3. Driveways, Walkways, and Entrances: Keep driveways and entrances serving premises clear and available to Owner, Owner's employees, and emergency vehicles at all times. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials.
