NORTHERN ARIZONA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS OWNER-OCCUPIED HOUSING REHABILITATION NACOG has been awarded a federal HOME grant from the Arizona Department of Housing for housing rehabilitation projects. NACOG will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to make substantial repairs to 2 homes located in Show Low and 1 in Eagar AZ. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: electrical service and repair; Flooring and sub-flooring replacement; smoke detectors; exterior door replacement; roofing replacement and rain gutter installation; ceiling, wall, and window repairs; deck, steps, railings and handrail replacement; gas range replacement and crawl space venting.
