STONE BID - Provide crushed aggregates of various sizes. HAULING BID - Provide 2 Tri-axle dumptrucks to haul up to 3000 tons of Superpave materials. A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidders, when awarded a contract shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. All proposals must be submitted on PennDOT forms. Notice is hereby given to bidders that parts of the proposals may be subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987) as amended. Springfield Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award that is in the best interest of the Township.
