Demolition of Former Papermill Facilities The South Carolina Ports Authority (SCPA) is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from Contractors interested in Selective Demolition of Former Papermill Facilities located in North Charleston, South Carolina. The work will include providing selective demolition and removal services for various buildings, tanks, and ancillary structures located on SCPA property. Project Location: 5600 Virginia Avenue, North Charleston, SC Questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the attention of Ed Stehmeyer at estehmeyer@scspa.com. All questions are to be submitted in writing and must be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the submittal date noted in the Schedule of Events.
