Colusa County is requesting bids (RFB) from qualified contractors for the re-roofing of the Colusa Ambulance Facility located at 1259 Market Street,Colusa CA 95932, as more specifically detailed in the Project Specifications of this RFB. The bid must be made on the bid forms furnished by the County. The RFB and Bid forms areavailable on the County website in the Bids & RFP's section. Each bid shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name, thebidder's name, contractor's license type and number, and expiration date.The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any bids. Remove existing roof shingles down to wood deck and dispose of debris. Roof measurements are roughly l5'x45'x2 (Roughly 1,350 sq. ft.) and dispose ofall debris. 2. Inspect for dry rot. If dry rot is found, contact County Maintenance Supervisor and advise of necessary repairs and cost. Repair all necessary areas as approved. 3. Remove, replace and seal all sheet metal flashings, vents, pipes and curb details to properly tie into new roofing system. 4. Install new HPR underlayment for thermal and moisture protection. 5. Install new composition shingles per manufacturer's specifications included with this scope. 6. Install 100' of 5" seamless gutter system with downspouts located at the northwest and southwest comers. White in color 7. Must provide a minimum manufacturer's warranty of 50 years on all roofing products and five-year labor installation warranty for water tightness. Include warranty information with bid. 8. Maintain a safe and clean job site during the roofing project. Leave work site clean and clear of all debris 9. A Certificate of Completion will be issued upon final inspection and the correction (ifneeded) of any roofing performance issues
