Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Colusa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
General work for this project consists of rehabilitating an existing roadway, approximately 4900 lineal feet, by performing a full depth reclamation. Work associated with the main work scope includes upgrade to the existing sidewalks, addition of sidewalks, replacement of existing water services, installing some new sewer services, installation of some curbs and gutters and driveway conforms, along with signage and striping. This project has a goal of 24% percent disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. A preconstruction conference will be required for this project. A time and date will be determined after contract award. The contractor shall possess either a Class A license or a combination of license classes required for all work at the time this contract is awarded.
