Mobilization and demobilization. b. Developing staging and laydown areas as needed. c. Installing temporary fencing or giant garter snake fencing around all work sites and staging areas. d. Installing turbidity curtains for sites requiring in-water construction. e. Installing exclusionary fencing around trees or box protection around trees and other vegetation. f. Traffic control and flagging for public safety. g. Installing and maintaining traffic detours in accordance with detour plans as required. h. Tree removal from the site, including removing stump and roots, and providing certified arborist for tree trimming and branch removal. i. Clearing and grubbing. j. Excavation and backfilling, and disposal of excavated material. k. Installing geotextile fabric l. Installing launch rock m. Installing earthfill. n. Installing agricultural soil on finished slopes and in voids in launch rock to form soil-filled rockfill. o. Turn right onto County Road 102/County Route East 8 and continue for 18.1 miles. Continue onto California 113 North for 0.7 miles. Turn left onto California 45/4 th street and continue to follow California 45 for 6.4 miles. Turn right onto Levee Road and continue for 1.3 miles. The meeting point will be on Levee Road next to the Sacramento River. Meeting Location 2 - Site 23-078: After the inspection of Site 97, interested parties will meet at on the Colusa Basin Drainage Canal in Colusa County, California for Site 23-078. Directions to the second meeting location are as follows: For access to the meeting location 2 from Site 97, head towards California 45 on Levee Road for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto California 45 and continue for 10.6 miles. Turn left onto White Road and continue for 3.3 miles. The meeting point will be the intersection of White Road and the levee road, next to the Colusa Basin Drain. Award is subject to final approval.
