The project constructs a new wastewater pump station on Will S. Green Avenue in the City of Colusa, including two manholes, two wet wells, four pumps, two sewer force mains, two storm drain drop inlets, a control building, a backup diesel generator, an on-site recycled water booster pump station, associated piping, and raising the site about 2-3 feet above the flood plain.
