Site work for a water / sewer project in Carleton Place, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Without limiting the specifics of the contract requirements, the work generally consists of: Removing an existing 300mm diameter sewer and replacing with a larger 400mm sewer. Work to be completed along the Independent Grocer drive aisle and crossing McNeely Avenue. Portions of the works identified in the tender are to be completed at night. A Bid Bond made payable to the Corporation of the Town of Carleton Place in the amount of $10,000 shall be submitted electronically to the Town of Carleton Place with your electronic tender. The Contractor shall meet all requirements of Section GC 6.03 of the OPSS MUNI General Conditions with $5,000,000 coverage.
