Question Acceptance Deadline 11/07/2025 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes CONTRACTOR shall perform the services detailed below to complete this sow. CONTRACTOR shall provide pricing for both a new metal roof and a new architectural shingle roof. The TRIBE reserves the right to select either option. ROOF REPLACEMENT: 1.1. New Metal Roof Replacement o Remove and dispose of any existing gutter system(s). o Install new gutter system. o Remove existing shingle roof down to plywood deck and re-nail deck to code. o Inspect the Plywood deck and replace it with new 5/8 CDX plywood and nail to code. o Install a polyglass polystick xfr Peel & Stick underlayment as fire and secondary water barrier, fasted to code. o Install Galvalume Roofing Panels to include drip edge, L flashing, stucco stop, and valley metal, fastened to code. o Install Galvalume Color accessory metals to include drip edge, L flashing, stucco stop, and valley metal, fastened to code. o Install new vents and stacks at existing locations and paint them to match the new roof system. o Install an appropriate system for attic ventilation. 1.2. New Architectural Shingle Roof o Supply all labor and material o Remove existing shingles o Inspect all sheathing for possible damage. Vendor to supply an allowance and per board pricing for sheathing replacement. o Re-nailing of roof deck to bring structure above code and replacement of any damaged roof decking, rafter, or fascia board o Installation of self-adherent underlayment to all areas of decking; by weaving the underlayment to provide a layered effect in addition to the valley metal. o Installation of new 26g pre-painted drip edge metal o Replacement of current roof attic ventilation. Replacement of all currently installed roof vents and pipe boots (color matched to shingle) o Install 30 yr. architectural shingles (color TBD) o Replace all flashing that can be accessed to include counter, step, and apron. Step flashing will 4". o Install ridge cap shingles over all hips and ridges using two inches (2") nails. Seal all exposed nail heads and transitions.
