The project limits extend approximately 350 ft north and south of the Weaver Road over Skinner Creek Bridge. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: removal of the existing timber structure, replacement with a steel-multi girder superstructure with composite integral concrete wearing surface and concrete substructure, founded on deep foundation system. Medium stone fill will be placed in the vicinity of the wingwalls and along Skinner Creek. Removal and replacement of guide railing within the project limits. There will be full-depth pavement reconstruction within the limits of the project.
