The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) extends this combined Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ/P) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) and Technical and Cost Proposals from experienced entities (Proposers) to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services to rehabilitate the Potomac Interceptor (PI) in the Lock 10 / Cabin John area. The project is intended to rehabilitate aging infrastructure and to improve the reliability and resiliency of the system.
