The deadline for questions shall be 5:00 pm on March 21, 2025. SUMMARY The Work outlined herein includes the installation of a bypass connection from the City of Eustis’ Lift Station 24 to the Umatilla Force Main. This bypass will enable the flow from Lift Station 24 to be redirected from the existing 8-inch PVC force main located along the south side of CR 44, to existing 16-inch force main on the north side of CR 44. The existing 8-inch force main will be valved off to the east of the bypass connection point. Both ends of the bypass connection will be located outside of the right-of-way of CR 44.
