Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The project consists of: Main Facility (MF): Construction of a new CRC building with a total estimated 2,897 SM to incorporate space required for Cyclotron (19 MeV) and Engineering Support GMP controlled labs/support area Non-GMP controlled labs/support area Administration and staff support area Engineering/Building support area Service Corridor (SC): Construction of a new SC to connect the new facility with TBCC at the basement level. It will allow transporting products from the CRC to NMD, and other FMC facilities. SC is estimated 80 SM. Renovation: Renovation of the existing CCB 20 conference
