The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seek to contract with a qualified CONTRACTOR to provide the construction services for utility improvements including Installation of new 12" water main and connection to existing 8" water main, abandonment of existing water main, installation of 4" force main. 1.2. All work shall be in accordance with Federal, State, Local OSHA, and County mandated regulations and specifications for associated work. 2. Detail Scope of Work/Technical Specifications 2.1. The scope is further defined and detailed within the attached specifications and plans. CONTRACTOR is responsible for reviewing all documents associated with this project. 2.1.1. Measurement and Payment. See Attachment A. 2.1.2. Construction Plans Utility Main Improvements along Access Drive to Material Recovery Facility. See Attachment B
