The intent of the Bid request is to obtain an offer to provide and install furnishings specified for Waukee Innovation and Learning Center Expansion (WILCx) within the provided documents located at the address below for a Stipulated Sum contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work of this proposed Contract comprises delivery to the site, installation, and ready for owner's use, and shall include all applicable freight charges. Location: 295 SE Ashworth Road, Waukee, IA 50263 The bidder, in submitting an offer, accepts the Contract Time period stated for performing the Work. The completion date in the Agreement shall be the Contract Time added to the commencement date. Tentative installation date is scheduled for July 2025.
