Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project will consist of the construction of four (4) softball fields, concessions building, north fields maintenance building, field lighting, field fencing, bleachers, dugouts, accessible walking pathways, stormwater utility adjustments, irrigation, and all related site improvements at the North Fields Complex on the north side of 137th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. These new improvements will include, but are not limited to, erosion and sediment control, site demolition, storm drainage improvement, concrete paving, unit masonry, fencing, landscape plantings, irrigation, carpentry, and electrical work. Blue Valley Recreation Commission (BVRC) reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities as it determines to be in the best interest of Blue Valley Recreation Commission (BVRC).
