The subject property is currently vacant land that was previously the Royal Hotel that burned in 2017, and was mitigated shortly thereafter. Existing improvements include Postal Service cluster boxes along the Moffat Avenue (south) side of the property conditionally permitted for two (2) years while a new location or lease renewal is sought for the local post office, currently located directly adjacent and east of the Property.
