Reference Number 0000378720 The project involves the initial set-up for the newest well campus in Bennett. The project for this phase of work will be for the procurement and installation of all necessary equipment to supply water from the LFH Aquifer to a Lagoon located at the SE corner of Civic Center Parkway and Penrith Rd including but not limited to pump, VFD, piping, fittings, and well house. All Work is within the Town of Bennett, Adams County, Colorado. April 1, 2025 Award Notification April 9, 2025 Award Contract Question Deadline 03/18/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, All technical inquiries regarding this RFP shall be made in writing to Daniel Pershing, dpershing@bennett.co.us, no later than five (5) days before Proposals are due. Non-technical inquiries may be directed to the Finance Department (Danette Ruvalcaba, druvalcaba@bennett.co.us). The Town reserves the right to amend this RFP by an addendum at any time prior to the date set for receipt of Proposals. Addenda or amendments will be posted on the Town's website as soon as available and shall be the responsibility of the Proposer to obtain all addenda. If revisions are of such a magnitude to warrant, in the Town's opinion, the postponement of the date for receipt of Proposals, an addendum will be issued announcing the new date.
