Reference Number 0000369677 The goal of the RFQ is to establish a roster of contractors that can provide plumbing services to home-owners on an as-needed basis. Therefore, the Town invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide on-call plumbing services in the categories listed in Section III. The qualification process does not guarantee any work but allows contractors to be recommended to homeowners needing plumbing services specific to Section III. On-call contracts will have a term of one year, which may be extended for additional terms. III SCOPE OF WORK A. The project intent is to have Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) installed within a homeowner's residence that does not currently have one. Contractors will need to provide: a. Proof of a valid and current plumbing license b. Proof of contractor license to work in the Town of Bennett c. Insurance and Bonding d. Experience with large-scale installation coordination between jurisdictions and homeowners. B. The qualified contractors will perform services on an as-needed basis as may be requested by the homeowner. Contractors shall provide all necessary personnel, labor, materials and equipment to accomplish assigned work. Work will be requested and coordinated with the homeowner. Proposers should note that the issuance of an on-call contract does not authorize any specific work or constitute a guarantee that any work will be assigned to a contractor.
