The selected consultant will purchase, provide and install all components needed to install and enclose a new 100KW diesel generator. Generator would be installed on an 18'x22' foundation with a metal enclosure (match existing building siding). Build 18'x22' foundation for metal enclosure provided by contractor for the 100KW diesel generator (no roof to be provided). Proposal would include excavation, re-compacting, pour footer, 12" reinforced slab, 5' sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway extension, floodlight, pedestrian ramp asphalt replacement and metal enclosure to match existing town building. 2. Purchase of a 100KW, 480/277v/3-phase Diesel Generator in Weather-Proof Enclosure with 192 gallon belly tank, 600A service entrance rated automatic transfer switch (ATS) and generator annunciator panel. Annunciator Panel will need to be located inside the electrical room at Nomcom. 3. Cost of a crane to unload and set 100 KW generator. 4. Material to run: Feeder from new generator to new 600A ATS Feeder from line side of ATS to tie-in point downstream of existing CT Cabinet Feeder from load side of ATS to tie-in point upstream of existing MDP Control wiring and 1" conduit from generator to ATS to remote generator annunciator panel (To be placed in existing electrical room) 20A, 120V circuit for generator jacket heater 20A, 120V circuit for generator battery charger 5.
