Reference Number 0000369584 Job Location: 365 Palmer Ave Drilling of new well in Upper Arapahoe Aquifer and abandonment of existing well The Contract provides for the construction, development and testing of one water well to be drilled with reverse circulation mud rotary methods and completed into the Upper Arapahoe aquifer, located in the TOWN OF BENNETT. Question Deadline 12/12/2024 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to BIDDERS. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the OWNER as liquidated damages should the successful BIDDER fail to enter into a contract with the OWNER in accordance with the bid proposed as described in the bidding documents. The BIDDER will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for Opening Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed 45 days after the bid opening and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the OWNER.
