Site work and new construction of a data center facility in Bennett, Colorado. Working plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade data center facility.
As of December 09, 2025, project will not be awarded. No definite date for the rebid. Design, build, and operate a data center. See plans for additional details. sCOPE OF WORK A. Site Planning & Engineering: This foundational phase involves the strategic preparation and design of the footprint to ensure long-term viability, sustainability, and compliance. The selected development partner will be responsible for: a. Conducting thorough environmental assessments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while preserving the integrity of our natural surroundings. b. Managing the entitlement and permitting processes, in coordination with the Towns Planning and Building Department, to achieve a smooth and efficient path to site readiness. c. Performing civil engineering studies to design infrastructure components such as roadways, stormwater systems, utility lines, and site grading plans. d. Coordination and planning with utilities including CORE Electric Cooperative, Town of Bennett Water and Sewer and others as required Question Deadline 10/13/2025 at 7:00 PM MT All technical inquiries regarding this RFP shall be made in writing to Dawanta Parks, dparks@bennett,co,us no later than five (5) days before Proposals are due.
