Our Founders believed that everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity and compassion, so they created a new approaches to provide palliative and sub-acute care for inpatients as well as Community and Day Health Program clients living with HIV/Aids. Casey House’s purpose is to “transform lives and health care through compassion and social justice.” We approach health care with an understanding that health is impacted by the broader determinants of health and our work is to provide care within the context of people’s lives, choices, communities and life circumstances. Casey House is issuing this request for proposal to select a vendor to provide environmental services between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm 365 days a year. a) Comprehensive General Liability provided that the policy is: i) in the amount of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000), per occurrence; ii) adds Casey House as additional insured; has provisions for cross-liability and severability as between the Respondent and Casey House, broad form contractual liability, owner's/contractor's protective liability, contingent employer's liability, employer's liability, broad form property damage liability, non-owned automobile liability, products and completed operations liability and personal injury liability; iv) provides for thirty (30) days prior written notice of cancellation or material change; and b) Professional Liability (errors and omissions coverage) for the performance of Services by the Successful Respondent providing that the policy is: i) in the amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000); ii) extended to infringement of copyright and other intellectual property, including the misuse of trade secrets; not to be construed as a limit of the liability of the Successful Respondent in its performance of the Services under the Agreement; Term: 2025/06/01 12:00:00 AM EDT - 2027/05/31 12:00:00 AM EDT Option: 1 year optional renewal Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
