Intent to Bid Due Date: May 14th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking Vendors for the provision of Roof Preventative Maintenance Program. TCHC will be awarding one (1) group per proponent that will result in the lowest overall financial commitment by TCHC. Proponents are invited to bid on one or more of the groups. Each group will be awarded independently to the lowest qualified submission. No Proponent will be awarded more than one Group. However, TCHC reserves the right to award more than one Group to a Proponent in the event that an insufficient number of Proponents qualify. The intent of this program is to invite proponents who can provide Toronto Community Housing Corp. (TCHC) and Toronto Seniors Housing Corp. (TSHC) with an all-inclusive service, which includes all labour, materials and equipment necessary to: Carry out annual roof maintenance inspections and provide a written report of the existing roof conditions with recommendations. Perform routine roof maintenance required. Respond to emergencies and demand calls for roof repairs. Provide the services as outlined in accordance with Appendix A - Scope of Services and Submission Form C - Pricing Form. The Deadline for Questions, as stated in the RFP Key Information, has been changed to Monday April 28, 2025. The time remains the same at 4:00 PM Toronto time.
