Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of plumbing risers and sanitary drainage replacement, ceiling works and upgrades in unit bathrooms/kitchens at 6 Glamorgan Avenue. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a General Contractor for the provision of construction services for plumbing, sanitary drainage and architectural retrofit at 6 Glamorgan Avenue. TCHC will be awarding to the lowest total priced Proposal (excluding HST). For de-tailed scope of work, specifications and drawings refer to Appendix A.
